Course Description
Private equity and venture capital is one form of equity fundraising that proves to be very important for start-up companies as well as investors. However, the recent poor IPO market sentiment has led to many disputes between the fund managers and their investee companies, and the funds and their investors (limited partners). This short course aims at covering the introduction of private equity and its recent dispute types.
