Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote academy image and student recruitment;
- Ensure high-quality admissions services are provided;
- Plan and manage the admissions calendar of events and the related operations, including information sessions, admissions applications, assessments, and registration events;
- Manage and enhance the online admissions systems and the academy’s promotional materials;
- Provide admissions consultation and answer inquiries from prospective applicants;
- Monitor and manage information pertaining to admissions applications;
- Produce admissions statistics for tracking application trend and status; and
- Support/ Assist in ad-hoc tasks and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder,
- Minimum of five years working experience in the education administration sector;
- Experience in admissions work;
- Fluent and literate in English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Careful, conscientious, organized, and takes initiative;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Pleasant, stable, independent, mature, and able to work under pressure; and
- Proficient in Chinese and English word processing, and should possess knowledge and skills in graphics design and other office software applications.
