Property management professional events/ courses (PMSA CPD “core” event)

Purpose

The Professional short course serves to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of the specific topic. These themes strongly correlate with property management licensees and companies’ daily duties. The courses would be co-organized by the AIDRN and HKCPM, accredited by the PMSA, HKMC, IPAA, IDRRMI, MHJMC, HKCICA, and HKIMC. Supporting the Property Management Practitioners (PMPs) and Property Management Companies (PMCs) License Holders and the individual who intends to obtain PMPs or PMCs License, to earn better knowledge and practical experience in different skillsets required for daily duties. Meanwhile, these short courses would be PMSA CPDs bearing, further, provide aid to the development of professionalism for the PMSA members and building management professionals.
